Crane rigger — New Hanover County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane rigger in New Hanover County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
