We are recruiting: formwork carpenter (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Mitchell County, North Carolina. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Rotating shifts.
