Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Harrison County, Indiana. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On a typical shift you will shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; give each garment a final press before packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents.
