Powder spray gun operator — Dikwa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Dikwa, Borno State. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Rotating shifts.
