Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Chippewa County, Michigan. Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Day to day you will dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly.
