On a typical shift you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Punctual with reliable attendance • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
