Banquet server — Lewis County

Join our team: we are hiring a banquet server in Lewis County, Missouri. The job is in a five-star hotel. The role involves raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
