Head butcher wanted in Glascock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Glascock County, Georgia. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
