Abattoir worker wanted in Brass

Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Brass, Bayelsa State. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
