Vacancy available: we are hiring a wood machinist in Saline County, Illinois. You will work in a cabinet-making workshop. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height The role involves: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Full-time with occasional weekends.
