Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Woodruff County, Arkansas. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
