Cnc lathe setter — Mani

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Mani, Katsina State. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Day to day you will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish.
