Kitchen cook wanted in Nicholas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Nicholas County, Kentucky. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
