Toolroom milling operator — Clermont County

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Clermont County, Ohio. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
