Rebar foreman • Kontagora, Niger State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Kontagora, Niger State. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. On the job you will handle: • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust You should have: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Six days a week, one day off.
