Canteen cook — Pierce County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Pierce County, North Dakota. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
