Argon welding operator — Marquette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Marquette County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
