Window glazier — Boulder County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a window glazier in Boulder County, Colorado. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Day to day you will fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
