Shuttering charge hand — Brown County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Brown County, Minnesota. You will work at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
