Furnace operator wanted in Holmes County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a furnace operator in Holmes County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles Requirements: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
