Powder coating operator wanted in Russell County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Russell County, Virginia. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
