Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turner in Oldham County, Kentucky. You will work in a job-work machining unit. Day to day you will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; load and index turning tools in the turret; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
