Join our team: we are hiring a house painter in Taylor County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Your main tasks: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
