Grill cook — Norfolk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
