Tile mason wanted in Vermillion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile mason in Vermillion County, Indiana. You will be based in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Day to day you will mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone 2+ years on the tools preferred.
