Escalator technician • Bulloch County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring an escalator technician in Bulloch County, Georgia. The job is in a residential tower block. On the job you will handle: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Valid driving licence for site call-outs We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
