Restoration bricklayer wanted in Hodgeman County

Join our team: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Hodgeman County, Kansas. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. Day to day you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. What we are looking for: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
