Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Harris County, Georgia. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. Ideal candidate: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious The role involves purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
