Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Blount County, Tennessee. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
