Die-casting operator wanted in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection You will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges.
