Fry cook — Douglas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Douglas County, Georgia. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
