Single needle operator • Bosso, Niger State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Bosso, Niger State. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown The role involves change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges.
