Join our team: kitchen porter (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Haskell County, Kansas. The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
