Kitchen porter — Langtang North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Langtang North, Plateau State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures We offer ₦290,000 per project plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
