Restoration bricklayer wanted in McLean County

Join our team: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in McLean County, North Dakota. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. On the job you will handle: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
