Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
