Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
