Argon welding operator — Bukuru

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Bukuru, Benue State. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Day to day you will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
