Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile setter in Polk County, Florida. You will be based in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. What we are looking for: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) You will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims.
