Surface coating operator wanted in Kudan

Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Kudan, Kaduna State. The job is in a busy paint shop. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
