Tile setter — Olmsted County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tile setter in Olmsted County, Minnesota. You should have: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Day-to-day duties: • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
