Steward — Kiyawa

Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Kiyawa, Jigawa State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
