Safety officer — Gillespie County

Join our team: we are hiring a safety officer in Gillespie County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills 1+ years on the tools preferred.
