Rigging foreman — Gurara

Join our team: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Gurara, Niger State. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams On the job you will handle: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position 3+ years on the tools preferred.
