Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in White County, Georgia. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
