Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Ejigbo, Osun State. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
