Banquet server — Dickinson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Dickinson County, Kansas. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place 6+ years on the tools preferred.
