Immediate opening: we are hiring a wheel alignment technician in Rusk County, Texas. Day to day you will demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe. Ideal candidate: • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
