Immediate opening: bread baker (Mississippi)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Union County, Mississippi. You will be based in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
