Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in York County, Nebraska. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
